The Independent Planning Commission Panel appointed to determine the State Significant Development application for the proposed Eagleton Quarry Project (SSD-7332) advises that the public meeting scheduled for Friday 31 May 2024 at Seaham has been cancelled due to a low number of speaker registrations (five).

The Commission will contact those who did register to speak at the public meeting to make alternative arrangements to allow them to have their say on the Eagleton Quarry Project. In accordance with the Commission’s Transparency Policy, the Commission will publish transcripts of those meetings with members of the public that occur as part of these alternative arrangements.

The Commission is also seeking written submissions on the Eagleton Quarry Project. If you want to make a submission, you can do so via our online portal: https://www.ipcn.nsw.gov.au/make-a-submission-forms/eagleton-quarry
