The Independent Planning Commission panel appointed to determine the State Significant Development application for the proposed Sancrox Quarry Expansion Project SSD-7293 wishes to advise that the public meeting scheduled for 9:00am Tuesday 3 September 2024 at Waters Edge (1 Buller Street, Port Macquarie NSW 2444) has been cancelled due to the Commission receiving no registrations from members of the public to speak at the public meeting.
Any person interested in making a written submission to the Panel is invited to do so via our online portal.
Written submissions will be accepted until 5pm AEDT on Tuesday 10 Sep 2024.
