Public meeting notification
Due to the strict protocols in place around public gatherings and social distancing in response to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the Independent Planning Commission NSW has cancelled the Genesis Waste Management Facility public meeting scheduled for 9:30 AM, Thursday 2 April 2020 to minimise risk to participants.
The Commission instead encourages interested individuals and groups to continue to have their say on this State significant development by way of written comments. Written comments are weighed the same as spoken submissions and will be carefully considered by the Commission as part of its decision-making process. Written comments on the Project will still be accepted by the Commission up until 5:00 PM AEST on Thursday 9 April 2020
