A Public Meeting was held on the 10 February 2016 and submissions were also invited to be tendered on the day. The Commission has since received a number of late submissions.
The Commission is seeking clarification from relevant parties, where necessary. However, given the time frames for the assessment, the Commission will be unable to consider any further late submissions.
We recognise the importance of community participation in our decision-making process. Using our ‘Make a submission’ form is the easiest way for you to make a submission on cases currently before the Commission.
