Public hearings were held on 10 and 11 September 2015 and submissions were also invited, up until 5 pm on Thursday 10 September 2015. The Commission has since received a number of late submissions.
The Commission is seeking clarification from relevant parties, where necessary. However, given the tight time-frame for the review, the Commission will be unable to consider any further late submissions
