The meeting will be open to the public to observe the proceedings,
however if you would like to speak at the meeting you must register to speak before 1 pm on 10 December 2013, by:

2. Other matters:
Due to unforseen circumstances Ms Abigail Goldberg has withdrawn from the Commission to determine the Former Sunbeam Factory, Clemton Park Concept Plan Modification application. Ms Gabrielle Kibble AO is the second member to constitute the Commission to determine the application.
