2. Other matters:
Due to unforseen circumstances the Chair of the Planning Assessment Commission, Ms Gabrielle Kibble AO, has withdrawn from the Commission to determine the Mixed Use Development Modification 3 application. Ms Kibble has nominated Mr Paul Forward to chair the Commission to determine the application and Mr Brian Gilligan will be the other member of the Commission.
