The Commission meeting is scheduled to commence at 4:00pm on Monday, 18 November 2013 at the Peats Ridge Public School Community Hall, 1231 Peats Ridge Road, Peats Ridge. The meeting is open to the public to observe the proceedings.

Please note that the Community Hall is located on school grounds and access to the Hall is restricted during the school hours. Other restrictions also apply for safety and security reasons. Please respect the school grounds and relevant rules and restrictions.

If you plan to attend the meeting, please do not enter the school grounds before 3.45pm as the Hall is not open before that time to admit attendees to the meeting.

No parking is allowed on school grounds.

The NSW Police have been notified about the meeting.

The meeting will be open to the public to observe the proceedings,
however if you would like to speak at the meeting you must register to speak before 1 pm on 8 November 2013, by:
