1. Meeting Registrations:
The meeting will be open to the public to observe the proceedings,
however if you would like to speak at the meeting you must register to speak before 1pm on Monday 8 July 2013, by:

2. Other matters:
Due to unforseen circumstances the Chair of the Planning Assessment Commission, Ms Gabrielle Kibble AO, has withdrawn from the Commission to determine the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel application. Ms Kibble has nominated Mr Garry Payne AM to chair the Commission to determine the application and Mr Richard Thorp will be the other member of the Commission.
