As per notice, there will be two available meetings:
Thursday 18 October 2012 commencing at 6:00 PM at Stroud and District Country Club, 164 Bucketts Way, Stroud. Intended primarily for local residents that may have difficulty attending the public meeting during work hours.
And
Friday 19 October 2012 commencing at 9:30 AM at Stroud School of Arts Hall, Cowper Street, Stroud.
