The Commission’s Code of Conduct applies to all Commission members and the Mining and Petroleum Gateway Panel members. The Code outlines the standards of conduct expected of members to carry out their functions. The Code assists with:
- understanding expected standards of conduct
- honest, ethical and responsible behaviour
- exercising reasonable degrees of care and diligence
- enhancing public confidence in the Commission’s integrity.
