Andrew Mills is Chair of the NSW Independent Planning Commission. Andrew is also currently Chair of Cemeteries and Crematoria NSW, Chair of the Financial Reporting Council and a member of the Board of Tax. He has over 40 years' experience working in the private and public sectors and in a regulatory environment, including as director of several unlisted companies and not for profit entities, and as a former Second Commissioner of Taxation. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business, a Master of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in Tax Law, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, a member of CPA Australia, a Chartered Taxation Advisor (Life) of The Taxation Institute and a member of the International Fiscal Association.
