Pymble Ladies College – Grey House Precinct (SSD-1742905)

The NSW Department of Planning & Environment has finalised its whole-of-government assessment of the proposed State Significant Development application for Pymble Ladies College – Grey House Precinct and it has come to the Independent Planning Commission NSW for determination.

Commissioners Adrian Pilton (Panel Chair), Sheridan Coakes and Soo-Tee Cheong have been appointed to determine this development application.
They will host the public meeting from 10.00am AEST on Monday 12 September 2022 to hear directly from community members.

This public meeting will be conducted remotely by electronic means with registered speakers participating via videoconference or telephone.

How to Register to Speak

If you wish to apply to speak at the public meeting, you must complete the online registration form by no later than 12pm AEST on Wednesday 7 September 2022. Registered speakers will be provided information on how to join the meeting and technical assistance available to help them prepare for the meeting.

This public meeting will be livestreamed on the Commission’s website: www.ipcn.nsw.gov.au/livestream

In the interests of openness and transparency, we will also publish a transcript of the public meeting on the Commission’s website.

Written submissions

If you want to have your say on this project but cannot take part in the public meeting, you can submit your comments in writing to the Commission up to one week (seven days) after the public meeting via email, post or our online portal: www.ipcn.nsw.gov.au/have-your-say

The deadline for written submissions is 5pm AEDT on Monday 19 September 2022.
